Second Story Salon, an established hair and beauty salon in Campbell, CA, had the reputation but not the consistent, verifiable footprint Google and AI assistants trust. Over two tracked phases I built one: a single master NAP profile, correct category and service mapping, and 51 live citations (41 followed) across high-trust directories, reputation and beauty-niche profiles, plus a r/SanJose mention.
